I can draw Mom and Dad's house or any special place! Just send me a pic and I can draw it, frame it and ship it. I ink it out first and then add watercolor to it when done. Size is 5x7 w/8x10 mat. Each piece is titled and signed 1 of 1. Shipping framed piece runs $10, or pick up / meet up locally for free.
